Terry Russell, President
With a stellar track record as the former CEO of a top national builder, Terry oversees Reynolds Signature Communities with a keen focus on results. Terry came to the Linger Longer team in 2007 after leading his previous company in the achievement of five consecutive years of record-breaking profits and the highest honor in homebuilding, "America's Best Builder" by Builder magazine in 2005. With an unwavering dedication to results and his unique ability to produce award-winning projects, Terry is the driving force behind Linger Longer's success. Terry attended Harvard's Advanced Management Program in 2000 and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Houston. As a resident of Atlanta, Terry is committed to using his skills to better his community by serving on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and by chairing the ULI Atlanta Housing Committee for many years.
Thomas P. Allhoff, Vice President
With a track record of superior performance enhanced by a detailed working knowledge in development and homebuilding, Tom is a dedicated team builder with over 35 years of personal and professional experience in private business and the military. Tom has a reputation of excellence in building, development and team management. After accomplishing top executive roles in four of the Northeast's leading building & development companies, Tom joined the Linger Longer team in 2007. His outstanding communication skills, extensive experience in all aspects of homebuilding, and exposure to multi-state markets make him uniquely qualified to lead Linger Longer in this capacity. With local, regional and national experience in homebuilding and development, Tom brings a unique approach to Linger Longer projects. A former Naval Officer and graduate of Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Tom's effective leadership and management skills are an asset to the Linger Longer team.
Mark G. Conway, Director of Construction
Mark is a passionate leader with a proven reputation in strong development strategies that deliver profitable results. He leads Linger Longer's construction team with an inspiring work ethic and the valuable insight that comes from over 20 years of driving successful projects in the fast-paced environment of residential construction. Before joining Linger Longer in 2008, Mark achieved record profits and managed 14 successful new community start-ups in his position as Vice President of a Top 10 National Builder. Mark graduated with honors from Michigan State University with his Bachelor of Science in Building Construction Management.
Peter Field, Sales Executive
Peter joins the Linger Longer team from his position as sales executive for Reynolds Plantation Realty. Peter will manage the selection and sale of homes for new homebuyers who choose Linger Longer Homes as their exclusive builder. Peter brings over 25 years experience in manufacturing industrial custom engineered solutions for a broad client base, as well as, over 6 years experience in residential home and land sales. He has an undergraduate degree in economics, a master’s in business administration, and is a private pilot. Peter and his wife Adair have been Reynolds Plantation property owners since 1995 and enjoy experiencing the lifestyle offered by the Lake Oconee area.
Brian Ray, Purchasing Manager
With almost a decade of experience in purchasing management, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge to Linger Longer in the key areas of overseeing, analyzing, and implementing successful contract negotiations. His expert negotiation skills and broad range of contacts make him the ideal candidate for acquiring the best value in labor and materials while maintaining the highest standard of quality for our customers. Brian graduated from the University of Mississippi with his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. As an avid golfer, fisherman and hunter, Brian is committed to preserving the great outdoors and supports sustainable development efforts.
