The experienced staff will set up a selection schedule to keep everything on track, as well as communicate with Linger Longer Homes to ensure that all selections are in place when it is time to move in.
The cornerstone of the Design Studio is ease of selection, with a professional's touch. Upon selecting Linger Longer Homes, customers schedule an appointment to meet with their personal design coordinator. The coordinator walks them through the studio, browsing selections and helping assist in the design elements.

The Design Studio is available by appointment only and is located off Linger Longer Road in Lake Oconee Village.
