Building homes that enhance the environment is our legacy. Building upon the foundation that the Reynolds family set in the early 1800's, we at Linger Longer Homes are dedicated to preserving the land we build upon and using the most environmentally friendly products around. From conserving energy to water collection, we are committed to making "green" part of our legacy.
Reynolds has been using "green" practices and principles since we began building, paying close attention to the land, the resources and the long term health of the environment. Through our national partners we are able to bring new and green technologies, practices and options to our homes.
Currently in the process of building an EarthCraft Green Home, we are able to utilize the standards and guidelines set forth by the national associations of which we are members. Linger Longer Homes personnel belong to the National Association of Homebuilders and the Urban Land Institute. With resources like the National Association of Homebuilders Green Home Program, we are able to stay ahead of the trends.
